With each passing year, time softens the deep wounds of sorrow and loss. This year brought such happiness that it was much easier to cope with the loss of our other sweet boys. Our tradition has been to visit the cemetery on their birthday and release balloons to Heaven, "sending our love". This year, Xander and Zane got to join in on wishing their big brother's a happy 3rd birthday!
Xander enjoyed the balloons (probably the first time he had ever seen one!) and looked for a very long time at the balloons floating away!
